Announcements IBM i Release 7.1

This one-day event will provide a close insight in the contents of the  IBM i 7.1 release, announced on April 14. This release is of great importance in the areas of application development, database integration, IT infrastructure management, performance, availability and virtualization.

Come and join us to discover the highlights of this new release of IBM i and how it can help you in aligning your service delivery with the business objectives of your company.
This session will cover the entire day, but you can pick and choose your areas of interest. The morning sessions will cover the following topics:

3. Systems Management
4. Application and Database support (part 1)
After lunch, we continue with:

Jos is Senior Server Solutions Architect and iSeries Specialist

27 years of IBM, spent mostly as Systems Engineer, later as IT Specialist in the

mid-range systems environment (S/3x, AS/400, iSeries). Joined the ITSO in 1987 until 1991; strong link with ITSO remained up to today; authored and co-authored several ITSO deliverables (Redbooks, workshops, presentations, etc.). Several presentations for the COMMON organization. Currently role as Systems Architects in the Server and Technology Group.
