Benelux Power 2024 registration

Registration procedure:

• Fees at Early Bird rate up to 31st October.
• Register early as fees will increase by €50 on workshops and conference from 30 October

• Members should have received their voucher code from their user group. If not, please contact them to obtain it (or become a member now by joining your local User Group and receive member fees). Links for becoming member of Common Belgium, Common Netherlands or Common Luxembourg. 
• User group Board members, speakers, students, professors or other special category have special discounts. They have received their special booking link, voucher code and fees information from organizers.

Follow these simple steps to secure your place at Benelux Power 2024 in Tilburg:

1. Choose an appropriate bundle or individual activities and hover over quantity to mention number
2. Mention your voucher code to see discounted fees.
3. Do not forget to choose the workshops/deep dives if obtained for.
4. Give your personal information, demography, education interests and GDPR option to start with.
5. Make payment with your preferred credit card including Bank card or Ideal.
6. Optional – Book a room with the negotiated price of €173/night breakfast included, without tax, at the Vandervalk Hotel, Tilburg, the conference hotel by taking advantage of the agreement with the Benelux Power organization. See procedure here.
